Em todos os locais, os contribuintes podem receber orientações, negociar débitos, emitir carnês e acessar diversos serviços relacionados à tributação municipal. Para o desconto é necessário pagar até sexta-feira (30).
Para ter direito ao desconto máximo, é necessário estar regular com a Fazenda Municipal, manter o cadastro do imóvel atualizado e realizar a emissão do Documento de Arrecadação Municipal (DAM) por meio do site oficial da Prefeitura. O DAM é composto pelo IPTU, com 20% de desconto, pela Taxa de Coleta e Remoção de Lixo (TCRL) e pela Contribuição para o Custeio do Serviço de Iluminação Pública (CIP).
A prefeita Nilda destacou a importância de aproveitar o momento e manter as obrigações em dia.
“Estamos oferecendo todas as condições para que o contribuinte regularize sua situação e aproveite esse desconto tão importante. É uma forma de reconhecer quem é bom pagador e contribui para o desenvolvimento da nossa cidade”, afirmou.
A gestora também reforçou que os recursos arrecadados retornam diretamente para a população.
“O IPTU é fundamental para manter e ampliar os investimentos em saúde, educação, limpeza urbana, praças, iluminação pública e para garantir o pagamento dos servidores. Cada contribuinte que mantém seus impostos em dia ajuda a construir uma Parnamirim melhor para todos”, ressaltou Nilda.
A Prefeitura lembra que o prazo para garantir o desconto está chegando ao fim e reforça o chamado para que os contribuintes não deixem para a última hora.
