Os preços dos medicamentos no Brasil sofrerão reajuste de até 5,06% em 2025, conforme aprovado pela Câmara de Regulação de Medicamentos (Cmed). A resolução aguarda publicação no Diário Oficial da União. O reajuste médio esperado é de 3,83%, o menor desde 2018.
Integrantes do governo lembram que nem todos os aumentos serão pelo teto e avaliam que a média dos reajustes será de 3,83%, a menor desde 2018. Este percentual considera três tipos de segmentos: mercado concentrado, intermediário e mais concorrencial.
Além disso, o aumento não é automático. Ou seja, não significa que todos os medicamentos estarão mais caros a partir de terça-feira.
O reajuste é aplicado sobre a maioria dos medicamentos vendidos no país, que têm preços regulados. Em alguns casos, os preços são liberados.
As farmácias podem repassar até 5,06% de reajuste de uma vez ou “parcelar” esse aumento ao longo do ano. Mas, até março do ano que vem (quando a Câmara de Regulação deve definir uma nova regra), farmácias e fabricantes não podem aplicar reajustes acima desse patamar.
O índice é definido pela Cmed com base na inflação dos últimos 12 meses (IPCA) e outros fatores, como a produtividade das indústrias de medicamentos, custos não captados pela inflação como o câmbio e tarifa de energia elétrica e a concorrência de mercado.
